White Polyurethane Liquid Plastics (80 Shore D)

Ultralloy™ 100 Series products are commonly used for casting museum quality reproductions, medical models, and prototype parts. This product turns a natural white but a white pigmented version is available for extra brightness. Both versions are available in an 8.5 minute or 25 minute gel time.

ULTRALLOY™ 200 SERIES

Clear Polyurethane Liquid Plastics (86 Shore D)

Ultralloy™ 200 Series products are clear and available in an 8.5 minute or 25 minute gel time. Ultralloy™ 200 Series resins are clear and easily pigmented using Hapco’s color dispersions. These products have been used to create medical models, aftermarket parts, prototypes, and much more!

ULTRALLOY™ 300 SERIES (94V-0)

Clear, Flame Retardant Liquid Plastic (85 Shore D)

A series of clear, flame retardant polyurethane casting resins that will pass UL 94V-0. These products are very stiff with a flexural strength of over 13,000 psi. Ultralloy™ 300 Series products are commonly used to cast prototypes, production parts, aftermarket parts, and medical devices.

ULTRALLOY™ 3300 SERIES (94V-0)

Flame Retardant Polyurethane Plastics (85 Shore D)

Ultralloy™ 3300 Series products are high strength, flame retardant (94V-0) polyurethane plastics. These two-component polymers are used in industrial, electrical, and prototyping applications that require a 94V-0 flame rating. This series is available in a 2, 4, 14, and 28 minute gel time.
